Pre-registration (before October 8): $100. Registered conference attendees receive:

  • Lunch catered by Roots & Culture Community Kitchen on October 21 & 22
  • Charter bus service between threewalls and Geolofts
  • Drink pass at public events
  • A copy of PHONEBOOK 3.

On-Site Registration (after October 8):
  • Regular: $40 per day
  • Students, with valid ID: $30 per day

On-site, day registration is for the conference only and does not include lunch, drinks, transportation, or PHONEBOOK 3. Some food and drinks will be available for purchase on-site.


The Illinois Arts Council has funded 20 scholarships for emerging Illinois arts organizers. Applicants should have 3-6 years experience in the field and identify as “emerging” arts organizers. Students are eligible to apply.

Submit a maximum of 2 pages on your work, why you should attend and any applicable links to your work along with a short biography by September 30th to the attention of Abigail Satinsky at abigail (at)


STUDENT DISCOUNT: We have a bulk rate for students or class groups, up to 10 or more students can register for $75/person. Group registration (before October 8) includes lunch and other services. Offer expires after October 8. Student groups should email us directly for discount code.

MDW FAIR PARTICIPANT DISCOUNT: MDW Fair exhibitors can register up to two conference goers for half-price ($50 per person).
